Remote Control Blinds

Looking for some remote control blinds?  A long time ago the “Clapper” came out, something that automates and makes it easier for you to turn on and off lights around the house.  Along those same lines, there are now remote control blinds available so that you can, without getting up, open and close the blinds in a room with the flip of a switch or the press of a button.

There are many reasons why you might want to get some remote control blinds for yourself, perhaps you are further up in years and walking about to adjust the blinds every day is not a chore you want to exert yourself on any longer.  Another reason may be that you have just setup a home entertainment system complete with a big screen TV and you need a way to quickly and easily bring down the blinds so that you can watch movies in peace without any glare.  Heck, you don’t even need a home theatre, you may just need one for your regular TV.  If not TV, maybe it’s just that you want to read a book in peace without any glare from the noon sun.

I could go on and on, but the point is, automating the rolling up and letting down of blinds is something which makes for 1 less headache in your day to day life.

Now when you go to pick up remote control blinds, you can get them in many different styles and textures.  You can get faux wood blinds, mini blinds, pleated shades, sheer shades, solar screens, wood blinds, woven woods and many other varieties of blinds.

If you’re not sure which blinds to pick up, here is a quick look at your options:

2.  Hunter Douglas EverWood 2" Faux Wood Blind Original Whites
